Terms of Sale:
By purchasing any of the items on our website you agree that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and:

· You have enough funds to cover the cost of items/products ordered.
· All orders once received, will be confirmed and approved for quantity and price by DHP Organics and will NOT be entered into a contract until you receive a confirmation email from DHP Organics confirming your purchase order and price.
DHP Organics reserves the right to refuse any order that is placed on this website and all prices advertised are subject to changes.

Contract:
When you visit our website, you can view products and pricing, read reviews, and submit purchase orders electronically. It is your sole responsibility to use our website in a safe and secure manner. Once your order is received and reviewed for accuracy of pricing and availability we will send a confirmation email to the registered email address confirming your order. Please note: this does not yet imply acceptance of your order. Our contract with you for the purchase of goods will begin once you receive a confirmation email from DHP Organics that your order for products has been shipped. The contract is only for the products listed in your confirmation email at the time of shipment of said products. You will only be charged for the products that you ordered that are available. Any product that is not available will be canceled from your order and you will not be charged. If there is an error in pricing or product description DHP Organics will contact you first to inform you of such error at which point you will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct pricing or canceling the order. DHP Organics puts forth every effort to maintain the accuracy of pricing. If we are unable to get in contact with you, we will cancel your order and you will not be charged. If you cancel your order after you have paid for the products and before they are shipped, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are not included in product prices listed on our website. DHP Organics is not liable for any misuse of your account due to failure to log out, failure to secure passwords or sharing of your password. DHP Organics reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel an account at any time.

Payment:
When we receive your order, DHP Organics will attempt to obtain authorization for payment from your card issuer. Funds received will serve as a deposit against the value of the goods/products that you ordered for purchase.

Refunds:
DHP Organics guarantees a full refund for purchased products within thirty (30) days if you are not fully satisfied. Please refer to our Refund policy.
